Hi! I recently bought a brand new Mavic 3 Classic  and activated through my account but it doesn't show up on my profile  as a drone that I own. Can anyone please help? I saw earlier that this  was a problem before for some users. Thanks in advance!

I am having the same problem... New Air 3, activated and it does not show up in my profile.

I purchased a DJI FPV Drone and it was defective.  I returned it and since then got a brand new replacement and also purchased 2 used drones (Total of 3 FPV Drones in my possession now.)  When I received the Drones, including the new one, I plugged them into my PC to make sure they were activated to my account and updated the software.  I have since then flown these 3 drones using my DJI Fly App.  I noticed in my DJI Fly App under devices it has the very first Defective drone S/N listed and nothing that says "Remove From Account".  I sold my Mini 2 and was able to remove that drone just fine.  How do I remove the Defective FPV Drone and add the 3 drones I activated to my account using the PC Assistant app?

having this same problem had a min 2 se returned it after a week got mini 4 pro. Find my app would only show my old drone not the new one. I deleted the app reinstalled and now it shows no drones. But it does say the mini 4 is attached to my account.

Same here with DJI Mini 3.. Drone doesn't show up on DJI forum profile. it's not a problem, but it would be cool if a quadrocopter showed up.
