I put it away with about 75% charge on it.  When I got it back out it does absolutely nothing.  Doesn't charge, doesn't display the level of charge, nothing at all.  It's currently sitting hooked up to the OEM charger where it's doing nothing.  I've tried holding the power button for 20 sec.  That did nothing.  Any thoughts?

Thanks for your reply. You may try to charge the controller longer and see whether it would respond. If the issue persists, please apply for an online repair request and then send it back for testing. Here is the link:
