Having issues activating brand new M30T. Error message is:

Activation Failed (Server Error. Please retry.). Contact DJI Support if the problem persists after restart.

Tried updating firmware on both controller and drone to latest via DJI Assistant 2, and creating new account.

Anyone experience this issue?

1)Update the app version to the latest version.

2)Switch to a different network or mobile device.

3)Check whether there are special symbols in the name of the aircraft. It is recommended to use English characters to name the aircraft. Please note that the aircraft name can be modified in the app.

4）You may wait for a moment and try restarting.
If the issue persists, please tell us your SN for further verification.

1) Controller, aircraft, and battery station are all running latest firmware.
2) Tried several networks and different DJI accounts
3) Nothing special was assigned but changed to M30 just to rule it out
4) Have restarted both controller and aircraft dozens of times over the last 7 days.
