In my case I am the only owner of my min 2 that does not appear below my avatar either, as soon as I post that two accounts were created with the same email address. Is it possible in this case to solve that it is added to my account?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. If you are referring to the DJI Forum icon, the profile icon will appear automatically only when you activate a brand-new product with the same forum account that you used when activating your previous unit (Mini 3 Pro and DJI OM5). If you used the same account and the icon didn't appear, please provide us with the serial number of the product and the email used via PM so we can check. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
