Hello everyone! I have an issue: my Mavic Air 2 won't start. I can hear fans working, but there is no initialization process: no beeping sound, no led lights, no gimbal movement. Tried it with different batteries. Tried removing MicroSD card. Can't even connect to my Mac. I had luck and it turned on properly once out of 10 tries, I updated firmware immediately, but it lost connection to the RC and it won't turn on properly anymore. I never crashed it, never used it in bad weather conditions. More than a month ago everything was fine. Did anyone have a similar issue? If you should have installed the firmware v01.01.1200, then unfortunately your drone is dead.
My MA2 is scrap too.
Customers have been scrapping their MA2 for days and DJI doesn't care, there's no reaction.

Hopefully DJI can fix this!!

Please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to a Windows PC and check if it will be recognized. Here is the Download link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/mavic-air-2. If it's not turning on properly anymore using different batteries, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis. Has anyone heard of DJI?

As I said a few posts ago, DJI lets us starve to death ............................ Cheekiness.
The entire DJI company is probably proactively in a coma at the moment.

Only incompetent chatter from the administrators, "...all customers are too stupid to install firmware"
To all admins: you mustfinally admit that DJI building ..., and not us customers!!!
There are now several dead MA2 drones again.
We must warn all Mavic Air 2 users to update their drones with destructive firmware v01.01.1200!

I would definitely not send the drone to DJI!
DJI wrecked our drones with unusable firmware, so DJI needs to fix that with working software too!
........... why should I do so much work for DJI's mistake now?
