When will DJI Fly 1.9.1 for RC be available?

Is there something missing then from the DJI RC compared to phone/tablet app?

Various fixes!  I have been waiting for this!

DJI Fly 1.9.1? Haven't heard of this version, and on DJI's dowload website 1.9.0 is still the newest version!

Oh... Then it's iOS only maybe. I got no update on Android when checking in DJI Fly's settings.

I don't have the update as well

Right.  Exactly @Bashy.   Sadly, no idea.  

I flew it today with both Mini3P, and M3 Cine, and noted no differences in behavior.  I kind of get grumpy about release notes that are not forthcoming with useful information.  : )

You dont want it Bashy,   it doesn't add anything but will probably break something special to us.

Yeah i bet... i will wait till i see if all is well 1st lol, i.e. you go, we can take turns on each update, be like russian roulette pmsl...

Yeah... Just look at the situation with the Mavic Air 2 currently. Latest firmware bricked drones and controllers. Not good.

Thats not what I was referring to,   there are mods for the controller that may stop working with an update. And im addicted I think to one of those mods.

Hopefully, it will not be as bad as the Dec. 29, 2022 FW update for the Air 2 that has made many, many bricks of the drone.  Sadly, no acknowledgement from DJI that there is a problem with that FW.  At least with the RC Pro you can install an earlier version but can't with the RC so I'm always apprehensive about updating to any new Fly App version on the RC, especially one that says "fixed certain issues".  Oh yeah, and which issues did you now cause?

Just to know some options (I would probably stay with stock remote anyway), don't You have link to read about those mods? I guess I heard about apps for mobile devices, right?

No it's much better than that no faffing around required turn on and use it is all you do.

I'm not sure if I know all the options (that's why I asked, I have no experience with mods) but there was a drone tweak as a paid option and the GPS patch app that used to be free...?

Neither of those were for the DJI RC without a lot of faffing.    I will pm you the DJI rc info if you want.

Shouldn't be an issue for a bit DJI Wanda confirmed the 1.9.1 version is special for IOS.

Fantastic news on the delivery.  Now start your stopwatch for the return trip.  The service center here in the US usually ships the day following receipt of the drone sent in. Then we are at the mercy of UPS and you know  my feelings about them.  When I had my Air 2 replaced I offered to pay shipping if they would use FEDEX but they said that was against their logistics agreement with UPS and internal rules.  So instead of getting it 2 days later I get it 5 days later.

DJI Updated their case this morning saying it's been received now,  odd it takes 24 hours but they must have a system.

Seems there system is a tad better than the system UPS uses.  I still can't believe they used the wrong city.  

It is now available on the DJI download site.  Still shows as 1.9.0 but downloads 1.9.1

There seems to also be an update to the DJI RC-N1.
It’s a small 80mb update. It popped up just as I wanted to video a sun set

Thanks for sharing Mini.  I think I'm going to hold off a day or two and make sure there are no update issues.

DJI just bricked a bunch of Mavic Air 2 drones with the last FW update.  DJI hasn't come out with a fix.  Really a sad situation for lots of pilots.
