Dear all UK PFAW pilots,

After working 'freelance' for a few months I am wanting to find a UK based company that will use me for and my PFAW. what suggestions do you guys have on reputable companies? Also, what requirements are you finding are needed as standard, or would you suggest staying freelance...?
