Yes i agree with Blériot53, How interesting is the color changing and how different a place look just after some minutes.

Right now it's really dumb. I hope that there will be nice winter weather more often in the next few weeks. Yesterday and today it was so mixed here. Yesterday I flew near a wind turbine. Let's see what came out of it.

This is often the case. Sometimes you can estimate from the weather forecast the night before what the chances are the next morning. But that doesn't always work out either. I have also often been unsuccessful on the road. At least that doesn't bother me very much. Thank God I don't have a problem with getting up early.

I started looking at some apps that predict the sunrise or sunset.   Looks promising.

This is really very practical because you can then plan in advance which locations and perspectives might be suitable. I also used something like that. You can select a point on the map and then calculate the position of the sun for each time of day. However, it is an app that is only available in German. I think there are a lot of others that are also good.

Apparently the app also works in English. It can be found in the Apple App Store under Sonnen-Info. But there are certainly a lot of other good apps that can calculate the position of the sun in advance.

I searched for Sonnen-Info and nothing came up.  Don’t worry I’ll stick with the couple I’m playing with.
