hello, I have a problem with the Phantom 3 Pro controller as a result of failing to downgrade the firmware, the cloud firmware uses v1.9.3 and when I downgrade to v1.9.2 it fails to update the firmware, the current condition of the controller, when turned on does not sound, the color of the light is whitish green, connection to dji go is still connected but, when starting the update process, the controller connection and the cellphone immediately disconnect... note: (the usb port uses the hdmi one)
please help advice and input is very valuable, thank you.
