I took a minute plus video and that video had no problem downloading. Attaching pictures of error message, video information, and iPhone storage.
Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Can you please confirm if you still experience the said issue? If yes, can you please try to reinstall the DJI Mimo app on your mobile device to the latest version and check if the issue persists? You may also want to clear some storage space and exit apps running in the background then have a test. Please keep us posted so we can help you further.
