Videos won't download, tells me not enough space in Phone

Trying to download some videos off my Osmo Action onto my Iphone 14 PRO through the DJI Mimo App and I keep getting an error message stating I don't have enough room on my phone.  I have over 64 GB available on my phone and the video is 19 GB (28 minute video).  Have tried deleting app and reinstalling and nothing.

I took a minute plus video and that video had no problem downloading. Attaching pictures of error message, video information, and iPhone storage.

Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Can you please confirm if you still experience the said issue? If yes, can you please try to reinstall the DJI Mimo app on your mobile device to the latest version and check if the issue persists? You may also want to clear some storage space and exit apps running in the background then have a test. Please keep us posted so we can help you further. Thank you for your understanding and support.
