I'm attempting to unbind my Mini 3 Pro but am unable to find the function in either the DJI website or the RC controller.

Can anyone advise?

Remote: Profile -> Device Management - No link to remove device

Web Seems to have nothing related

For future reference, kindly remember to log in to the same account to have the option for unbinding. If not logged in, or if you're using another DJI account, this option will not be available. In addition, you may also unbind the remote controller from the aircraft by going into Profile>Device Management>Value-Added-Service>Unbind RC. Hi there. Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that only the account holder can unbind the device from the account. This limitation is to protect account ownership. If the previous owner no longer remembers their previous account the drone is bound with, you may advise them to reset their password through the DJI Website and select "Forgot Password." Once it's been reset, they may log in to the DJI App and unbind the device from their end. Please keep us updated. Thank you, and have a nice day.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm if you would like to unbind the aircraft from your account? If so, please refer to the steps in the attached image. However, please kindly note that normally only the account owner has the right to unbind the drone with the account. This limitation is used to protect the ownership of the product and in respect the privacy rules and regulations.
