Anatel is the body that regulates electronic products in Brazil, as well as the FCC in the US. In the public survey, a new Mavic Mini is registered, without 4K video generation and the front led, however, with the Ocusync control. Maybe it's a strategy to improve the Mini SE, or clean up production parts stocks.

Your title mentions the Mavic Mini and Mini SE and implies greater range with the SE. I do not think that is correct, I think they have the same range.
Further the text of your post discusses a a third model, the Mini 2.
Some thing needs clarification.

You are correct: forget any mention of Mavic Mini, replace it with Mini 2. That's right about the title, because this drone can be called Mini 2 without generating 4K videos (and without the led on the front) as it can also be a Mini SE with the longer range controller Ocusync 2.0.

Maybe it's a version of the Mini 2, which will be sold to some markets at discounted prices. It is worth remembering that the old control (Wifi) used in the Mavic Mini and Mini SE are obsolete.

To give you an idea, a DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC-N1) costs USD $759 in official US stores, to be sold here, it's 60% import tax, plus store profit margin and shipping: it costs in around R$7,600 which in dollars is around US$1,500.

No, there are some exceptions, like books, some medications and others that I don't remember at the moment. But I can say that most of them do, they are taxed for importation and I forgot to mention, there is a tax on the circulation of goods (ICMS), depending on the state (state of federation) it has an added value of 6% to 25%, for example, if I am a store and I import a product, there is this import tax and if I sell and issue a tax document, I have to charge the customer ICMS. This is why a drone, or any other imported equipment, is so expensive here in Brazil, which may justify a more economical version for this market.

Particularly, I found this version an excellent option for those who don't have enough money for a Mini 3 and opt for a known and reliable entry model, despite its technological lag it is a good option, now with a much better transmission system than the Mini SE.
