Bought a DJI avata and an extra battery on 12/09/2022 01:50:00 (UTC-5)

it was received on my behalf.
But on opening the package it was missing the extra battery.
Kindly Help on a way forward.

Yes, I opened it yesterday evening that's when I noticed.

I haven't even gotten time to throw the wrapping away.

in the picture are all the wrapping and items that got in the box

Sorry for the late reply. We have reconfirmed with the relevant team. According to the investigation video, when the package was sent out, our warehouse personnel did indeed put the battery into the package.
