Hi DJI ???

Ive tried several times for days/WEEKS now to upload the photos of the labels i got for the C1 clasification.
Every time i try to upload photos it says "SYSTEM ERROR - PLEASE TRY AGAIN". So from there i can't get further?..
I tried from my phone (Android) with the DJI fly app, that doesen't work, then i tried to use web browser on mac, AND on my desktop which is Windows. That still doesen't work.
Can you guys please tell me what the flying F*** i can do. Sorry but this is so frustrating, something so simple shouldn't be this hard to get through.

same here. tried different pictures sizes down to 1024x768, pngs and jpegs even gif. Nothings works. System error all over.  DJI please, please help

Same with me. Since days the same error, no matter I try via mobile or PC. Case# is Cx20230105000104.
Would be nice if you fix this problem.

I don't know what happened, but today I tried again to upload the photos and to my surprise, I am able to upload them now! I don't know what are the differences between yesterday and today, but it works! (maybe I just shut down the PC and it will help?) So, I don't need your help with this for now
