Hello,
I currently have the Olympus EM1 Mark II with the DJI RS 3 Mini via a Multi-Camera Control Cable and am currently receiving an Error Code 1013 when running a Horizontal Calibration. I rebalanced the gimbal several times, but still have that error message.

Hi, djiuser_YKKSQ5R2R7mT. Thank you for reaching out.  The causes of the error code 1013  are the following:       
1. The joystick drifts.
2. There is a constant joystick input in the DJI Ronin app.

To prevent this, please do not toggle the joystick during the gimbal Auto Check. Hope this helps. Thank you for your support.

I'm having problems, I'm getting error code 1009 on my RS3 mini, it's perfectly balanced

I got a brandnew  Rs3 mini and after a few weeks it was impossible to work with, the roll motor fails and the 1009 error code shows in the screen after a Check. I've been used to work with gimbal for years and I'm sure that it was well balanced.

Attention, do not buy the Rs3 Mini because they are coming with a defect and DJI is not giving any kind of support

Estou com um RS3 Mini com problemas. Primeiro começou a desativar os motores em uso. E depois apareceu atualização para fazer. Essa que coloco para fazer e não termina nunca e ainda acontece falha no app depois. Já é meu segundo RS3 Mini com defeito. E nesse caso agora deve ser problemas com software. Está travado com a tela atualizando e o gimbal sem funcionar.
Já estou com um deles na assistência e acabei comprando esse novo faz 2 semanas para poder continuar trabalhando e não estou conseguindo. Preciso de uma solução urgente. Envio de algo para resolver via Pc talvez.
Me sinto extremamente frustado com a marca. Pois com outras marcas nunca tive problemas.
