FIX / Solução:
1.- Baixe o firmware no link ---> https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... _v1130_20170307.zip
2.- Copie o arquivo .zip para a raiz de um cartão de memória.
3.- Coloque o cartão no controle remoto e ligue-o.
4.- Aguarde alerta de atualização disponível e atualize.
4.1.- Se o alerta não aparecer, atualize manualmente desde a configuração do Android (atualização local).

We recommend that you turn on your mobile phone’s hotspot or switch to another Wi-Fi network.
2. If the Wi-Fi can be connected normally but a warning stating that there is a network error is shown, we recommend using another device to connect to this Wi-Fi and check whether it works normally.
3. If Wi-Fi is connected but you entered an incorrect password three times while trying to log in with your account number, a warning stating that there is an error with the network is shown when you enter an incorrect password for the fourth time. Sinto muito o esforço da DJI de nos atender tendo que utilizar tradutor, que coisa ne?
Mas de boa, não sou exigente, apenas quero que meu problema seja resolvido.

Vou perguntar já sabendo que lá vem resposta genérica...
Meu controle Gl300E não carrega o Mapbox, nem reinstalando firmware nem reinstalando APK.

Tem algum procedimento, firmware corretivo, ou ajuda nos devolva a fé no suporte DJI?

Mesmo conectado a uma rede wi-fi funcionando ele sempre fica em 0B/s e já fiz oq vc disse baixar essa atualização num cartão SD e inserir no rádio e não aparece nada sobre atualizar o rádio

Hi, Kayke. Sorry about the trouble. Please try to connect to another network with an Internet connection or login again at different times. And please update the firmware of the remote controller to the latest. You can get the firmware here: https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/phantom-4-pro.  If a warning appears stating that the storage is insufficient, try to save your data and then restore your product to factory settings by going to: “Settings” -> “System Settings” -> “Backup & Reset” -> “Factory Reset”.
