Also, please provide us with your Dji account and the Serial Number of the drone via PM for us to check if they are bounded or not. The serial number (SN) of the DJI Mini SE aircraft can be found in two places: on the sticker inside the battery compartment and on the barcode sticker on the package. We will wait for your reply. Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Can you please confirm if you purchase a 2nd hand DJI Mini SE on eBay and you want to unbind it? If yes, the aircraft is bounded to the account of the previous owner. To remove the aircraft from the account, there is no need to connect the aircraft to the DJI Fly app but the bound account can only operate this function. Therefore, we strongly recommend you contact the previous owner to remove the said drone from his/her account. Hope this helps. Thank you for your valued support.
