Hello everyone,

We was using normally the monitor in the recording jobs and now, out o the blue the screen is gray, with powered lcd/led light scren, but not showing the system or camera image.

We already changed de battery, try to update de firmware downgrading the version to V01.05.0200, set back to the lastest version V01.05.0300, and the problem still happening.

Attached is a photo of our frustration with less than 2 months purchased :/

Can you please try to turn off the display, reinstall the battery and then turn it on and check whether the factory settings can be restored and the screen displayed normally? If the issue persists, please record a complete video of the camera connection and operation process for us to check. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thank you very much for the anwser and the tips.

We did that steps again without sucess.

A new information, the screen is blank but the SDI and HDMI Output have image.

Also when plug the hdmi on right input nothing still happens.
