Hello everyone.

I am having an issue with the DJI MIC that I just bought.

When I plug in the receiver to my camera, and then use the mic (so the audio will be recorded altogether with the video) the audio seems fine.

However, when recording internally (when pressing the button) the gain is extremely low. It does not matter if the RX is connected or not, the mic gain when recording locally is very, very low.

EDIT: I tried updating the firmware, factory reset, but nothing seems to affect the audio.

Apparently the TX internal gain is set to -20db by default…and doesn’t follow the TX Gain set in the receiver. Praying DJI updates the internal recording gain to follow the TX Gain that gets sent to the receiver.

Raise the gain of the transmitter/mic in the receiver and then put the receiver away. I found the same and for some reason, the transmitter remembered the gain setting I had set on the receiver so it’s internal audio was much louder.
A little bit odd but it worked.
