I am using the latest version 2.15 but i am unable to get it to see my air2s,  the dji assistant 2 does see my mini3 pro and the mavic 3.

I normally use the pc to update the firmware etc on the drones but I can only update the air2s using the the controller and phone.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know if your PC can recognize your DJI Air2s when you plug in it?

yes the pc does see the internal memory and sd card but the dji assistant 2 does not see the drone at all.  i have tried different usb sockets and different usb leads but still the same problem.

this only happens with my air 2s    my mini3 pro and mavic 3 all work with the dji assistant.

Try starting Assistant, then turning the 2S on AFTER plugging it in.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

Tried it this morning with it all connected to the pc and the the dji assistant program open and then powered the drone up but still get the same result.
