Maps fail to load on MG-1S. Multiple wifi's hotspots attempted. Remote shows a network connection to the ag mangement platform, however it will not check for updates "no network connection" and it will not load any maps. I was able to update firmware local with SD card butr it did not help anything.
Anyone else seeing this problem?

I have the same problem as you, I have been waiting for two months for a response from DJI. They told me to update by following the Release Notes document but there is no update available, neither from Assistant for MG nor from RC.
In the document dated 15-11-2022 it says that there is fe version for aircraft 02.01.0221 and for RC 02.01.0224 and the MG app version is 2.5.1, but there is none of that!

We were able to download the bin file from the mg-1s download page and update our remote to v5.3.01 via a memory card. Our DJI MG APP is version 1.8.27 Unfortunately none of this helped with our maps. If you keep the map zoomed out you can see city and states well, screen goes blank when trying to zoom into the field your trying to treat.
