Yes its because you haven't reached the level 1. You need 9 points more. You can go to DJI team thread regarding firmware update or stuff like that. Then, post random reply like "thanks DJI i love your products so much" copy paste that, send it 4 times and you will reach the level 1 as fast as it is easy.

Interesting that this data sheet suggests using water or carbon dioxide to extinguish a battery fire. Both of these make a lithium fire worse.

We have Lith-EX fire extinguishers, specifically designed for lithium batteries.

Failing that ABC powder.

Interesting. Now I'm tempted to burn a lithium battery by overcharging it, and try to put it out with water, and powder.

I'll think about it. If I do I will take a video to share. There are a lot of them on youtube but many are fire extinguisher manufacturers, I'm not very receptive to the commercial arguments of the manufacturers. I like to have my own experience.
