The first day I bought the drone, I decided to test it and launch it. I activated the remote and the drone, connected the remote (RC) to the drone and started the motors by lowering the two sticks down on the remote (RC). The blades rotated normally (or I didn't notice anything). After I slowly raised the left tail, the drone rose up and started to fly forward on its own. After that, I received a message on the remote (RC) about the possibly incorrectly installed blades.

I managed to put it on the ground, since the height was less than a meter
What could it be? Does the drone need to oscillate somehow?
Thanks

Is this a new or second hand drone?
If second hand, check that ALL the propellers are installed on the correct motors, they are handed for rotation. See pages 28 and 29 of the manual. If they are mixed up on two motors just swap the incorrect blades, if they are mixed up on all 4 motors then it might be best to fit an enirely new set of blades = 8 blades, to the drone.
Put both blades from one pack on one motor, they are matched for balance.

This is a new drone. I did not change the blades, everything is as left by the manufacturer

You may have had a prop half stuck under another half, just make sure all 8 halves are free...

Hi, voitovych. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to read about your first flight experience. Here are the information related to the error message that you received:

Possible Cause of Issue
1. The propellers are not attached or the propellers are damaged.
2. The aircraft is flying in a high altitude area, and the pilot pushes the control stick with too much force.
3. The propulsion is insufficient because the aircraft is mounted with additional payloads.
4. The aircraft attitude becomes unstable because there is strong wind during a flight.

Recommended Solutions:
1. Please check whether the propellers have been attached properly. If not, please attach the propellers correctly. Please check Pages 28-29 on the manual(https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... _Manual_v1.4_en.pdf)
2. Please check whether the propellers are damaged. If so, please replace the propellers.
3. Please check if you're flying the aircraft in a high-altitude area or the if you pushed the control stick with excessive force. Please try to fly the aircraft at a lower altitude.
4. Please check whether the aircraft is mounted with additional payloads, resulting in insufficient propulsion. If so, please remove the payloads.
5. Check whether there was strong wind during the flight, causing the aircraft’s attitude to become unstable. If so, please avoid flying under strong wind conditions.

If you have checked everything and the issue persists, kindly provide us with a video of the operation for further checking. Thank you.

Possible Cause of Issue

I tried to fly the drone at home, for a test. After I took it out of the box, the firmware was updated automatically and I connected the remote control to the drone without any problems. I activated the motors with the remote control by moving the joysticks down, then releasing the left left and right joysticks, I began to slowly raise the left joystick, and as soon as the drone left the ground, it began to move forward, I raised it to a level of 10-15cm from the floor , and he moved forward, after which he lowered the left stick down, the drone landed, and the application gave an error on the screen.

I hope it was the air current that made the drone move forward.
upd: Propellers are in good condition and installed correctly

I don’t think DJI wants people flying in ATTI mode indoors.  Here’s a thread that talks about ATTI mode. I can see in your screenshot that you don’t have a GPS fix (no satellites).  My recommendation is to fly the drone outdoors away from obstacles so you don’t damage the drone.

Yeah, you need GPS friend.  Don't do that.  And check those props!  I am betting you have a mismatch.

Sorry, what do you mean? If you are talking about propellers, then I checked, each in its place (marked propeller on the marked foot, not marked on the unmarked foot)

well, if not a mismatch, then you should fly outdoors, with gps,

Hi, voitovych. Thank you for the reply. Please try to follow the suggestions of your co-pilots above. Also, please note the information below:

1. Check if the propellers are mounted incorrectly. Please see the image below for your reference.
2. Check whether the aircraft takes off from the level surface. It may roll over if it takes off from the uneven ground.
3. Push the sticks clearly. The aircraft may toll over if the sticks are pushed frequently into different directions within a short period of time.
4. Check whether the aircraft has collided before. If yes, calibrate the IMU and compass before flying the aircraft again.

Hope this helps. If the issue persists, kindly provide us with photos of the propellers and a video of the operation. Thank you for your kind understanding and support.
