Raveneye issues and camera black screen

I've seen countless threads on this issue before and DJI has not responded to any of them so I'm certain this will also just be ignored.

But I have to say that the fact you cannot connect a GH5 or S5 to the RS3 Pro and Raveneye without the screen going blank is really irritating.
It would not be a problem if the RS3 Pro could connect to the camera via bluetooth but it doesn't seem to be supported.

Right now I have no way to use my setup properly.
If I connect the Raveneye and the RSS cable my camera screen goes blank.
If I connect my camera RSS cable to the Raveneye the dial on the gimbal does not work.
If I connect my camera RSS cable to the gimbal the Raveneye does not display correct Aperture/ISO values (Which is a problem because the camera screen is blank so I have no way of seeing what ISO/Aperture I'm using.)


PLEASE DJI could you at least address the issue of the gimbal dial not working when connected through raveneye, that seems quite basic.
And if you could perhaps add bluetooth support for the GH5/S5 so that the black screen issue can be worked around that'd be great.

At this point I'm just going to have to return my RS3 Pro and Raveneye and get an alternative product

Unfortunately this is just a fix for if the Camera itself is not outputting any video to the raveneye. It doesn't fix the issue of the camera screen itself going black

Are you sure? I can't see any available update and there doesn't seem to be any post on the forum about it.
Last update DJI Support has posted is about the RS3 Mini but nothing about RavenEye https://forum.dji.com/home.php?m ... a31b19fa697364075b9

Found it, looks like they've added support for some new cameras, but no fixes to either the black screen issue or the dial not working when using Raveneye :/

Not sure why no one else is annoyed about this, surely having the dial work is a fairly basic requirement??
