DJI Mini 3 lost control

My DJI Mini 3 Pro lost control and crashed during auto-takeoff. All indications on the control unit were normal and GPS was on and functioning.
The casing is damaged, the gimbal is not working, and flight is unstable.
I have Flyaway Insurance, but presumably does not cover this.
As the flight was under auto control, will DJI pay for repair?

To get to your flight data, go to: https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
... where you'll find instructions to upload the data to that site and it will give a report.

For help interpreting the data you can make a new post in the Products Section, Mini 3 Pro and link the report in in your new post.  Or just post the .txt file.  That section is much more active than the Tutorials section.

That's OK and what I was expecting. I shall create a repair case as you suggest.
