Maybe sounds fantastic but I think camera angle implementation like motion control can be game changer.
If camera can arrange horizontal point as drone horizontal angle.

Literally... You would fly in N or S mode...
The advantage of flying in Acro is to see forward the drone. You cannot do a flip or a dive or a split-s or a power loop with a stabilized pitch camera. In fact, in N or S, with RC or MC, you cannot do many things you can do in manual mode.
Maybe it could be better having a roll axis stabilization in FPV, but Avata doesn't have it.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The gimbal mode will be automatically switched according to the flight mode. In Normal and Sport mode, the gimbal is in altitude stabilization mode. The tilt angle of the gimbal remains stable relative to the horizontal plane. When in Manual mode, the gimbal is in lock mode. The tilt angle of the gimbal remains stable relative to the drone body. But we understand your preference. We will relay your feedback to our related team for attention. Significant suggestions will be implemented via the firmware update, app update, etc. For any updates, please stay tuned to the latest news on our DJI official website at (www.dji.com). Should you have further concerns, please reach back here at DJI Forum. Thank you, and have a nice day.

correct, but if you prefer to fly in manual mode, but don't do those extreme moves, but just fly like N or S, but with full control in M, it could be usefull the have the OPTION to set the cam on horizontal stabilization on the camera.
But this should be something that can be simply turned ON or OFF with a simple button or menu item that is not that hard to get to

So when you DO want to go full acro mode, the stabilization is OFF

Exactly as a custom setting
