i have only a possible framerate of 30p on my OM5. Doesn't matter if i set on 720, 1080 or 4k. I'm working with a Samsung S22+ with the newest MIMO App. Is thsi normal?

Due to the numerous android system models available, the system version and development for third-party ports will have some inconsistencies. To ensure the stability of video shooting, the ability to shoot videos at a high frame rate has been granted to some mobile phones (Currently, the frame rate of 60 fps is mainly available on the Huawei Mate series, P series, and the Honor series for Android devices).
