Hello, guys!
I'm Suhargo.

I've been using Osmo Pocket since it first launched.
I was using it for a good 2-3 months then I let it stay on my drawer for like 2-3 years.
On 2023, I tried to use it again as I'm going to make a video, but it won't turn on.

At first, I thought maybe the battery runs dry. I tried to charge it overnight.
Still, the blinking state stays still. It doesn't change. Looks like it's still 25% even after charging it throughout the day.
I tried to power on the Osmo but only the low green light shows and nothing happened.
Tried to use the charging case, it shows nothing. No green light on the charging case as well.

Does this mean I need to replace my battery?
Anyone can help me answer this? I love my Osmo Pocket

It seems that you don't have "Indonesia" selection for the region of Asia-Pacific.
Is it possible to send it overseas?
