If you buy a refurb Mavic 3 can you buy DJI care within 48 hours of activation.?

in the usa, i believe the drone must have never had care refresh prior and you must add care refresh without 48 hours after activation.  other requirements may require the drone to be new and from an authorized seller.  however, i believe care refresh can be added on just about any drone using the video method.  if it means anything to you, i got care refresh on a refurb drone years ago.  i didn't know it was a refurb at the time but later i found out that's why i couldn't get care refresh on day one.  i wouldn't forget the purchase if the only way to get care refresh is thru the video method (which is easy to do).
