For those of you who don’t know InvisiStick is a feature of the new Osmo Action 3 which, combined with the Mimo app, makes the DJI 1.5m selfie stick disappear when you take video - but only when on snow.

InvisiStick works!!!!  (See attached screenshot of video clip - selfie stick was in my right hand.) I have just returned from a ski trip and rendered a couple of 4k video clips. In one shot the selfie stick was not fully extended but the InvisiStick still managed to work its magic.

To manage expectations the rendered video clip exported from the Cloud is only 1080p, but fortunately I have Topaz AI video software that upscales back to 4K.

I have no idea, but I’m content with the rendered output. My clips only last a few seconds when I make videos so who’s going to notice if the render isn’t perfect?

Can you post video also with it to show?

To be fair, DJI never claimed to remove the shadow, and even with GoPro and Insta360 cameras you can still see the shadow of the selfie stick, even if the selfie stick itself has been removed from the video clip

I know,   but its a strange effect,  especially when the stick itself is removed so well

With Insta360 you have  your selfiestick in blindsone, move it little bit out and you will see the selfiestick.

Doesn't apply to x2 and x3, but with ONE R serien with 360 unit attached.

I have been thinking about X3 for a long time, but I actually doesn't need 360 camera... But would really love to have one and could come in handy. My problem is that I need closer to 4K quality and 1 inch version is too expensive

But I have ordered Insta360 ONE RS with 4K boost lens, just because of the price and that is sharper than any gopro out there
