It says in the manual you can register the Mic for an extra years warranty but I can't find anywhere to do it, am I missing something?

1. Visit the registration entry for device extended coverage at: https://service.dji.com/product/device-registration

2. Enter the device serial number

3. Click [OK] to confirm registration.

4. The login is successful.

[Notes]

1. Be sure to fill in the serial number on the bottom of the charging station when registering for device extended coverage.
2. The parts under extended warranty are the DJI Mic receiver, DJI Mic transmitter, and DJI Mic charging case.
3. The other parts are still under the original warranty with no extension.

Hello, I just done it for my 2 DJI Mic Systems. But I didn't get any Mail Answer or confirmation if it was successful. Is this normal?

Ich habe meinen Transmitter registriert über den QR-Code auf der Verpackung mit Eingabe der Seriennummer. Auf dem Handy hatte ich dann folgende Rückmeldung bekommen - siehe Foto. Aber keine Extrabestätigung und bei meinen Geräten bzgl. meines DJI-Kontos ist der Transmitter auch nicht aufgeführt. Wo finde ich den Transmitter als mein neues DJI-Gerät? Z.B für den Fall einer Reparatur-Anmeldung?!

I think it worked but  i can only see the mini 2 in my account? How can i confirm the warranty extension for the mic 2 '2x transmitter pack. What are the QR codes for on the devices as neither samsung or apple recognise the QR codes.

Hi, there. Thank you for bringing this up. Please be sure to fill in the serial number on the bottom of the charging station when registering for device extended coverage. Please visit the registration entry for device extended coverage at: https://service.dji.com/product/device-registration, then enter the device serial number. The serial number of the DJI Mic 2 can be found at the bottom of the DJI Mic 2 Charging Case. I hope this helps.
