Why take the chance and have issues:  If you dunk in saltwater,clean in freshwater and  clean your camera, a mild  soap may be used. If ignoring salt water you'll eventually destroy the rubber membrane and or seals.  

Iportance is hte speaker  that will collect water, and once thoroughly dried will again work, if ignored with saltwater,   you'll wind up with   again that membrane deteriorating and can cause a leak and no sound.
read the manual how to clean, I show and tell that some may not understand or not know about  why their speaker works or not when dunking

The same issue happened with me ... My DJI action 3 camera was completely intact & it was sealed as orginal.

The water got entered into battery and charging port and it's dead now .

This is a design flaw & please do not claim is IP proof upto whatever meter
I am regretting my decision to buy DJI instead of go Pro .
