as voice command and loop recording works fine but yet  its not available in QS or    other areas.  until this camera matures this is what we get... showing that its a step up  

you can store loop recording in QS and start as snap shot

Maybe I missed that  and I also did not o the Costume   profile, thanks for letting me know.  Main point here was OA   can not do vc  loop, A3 can
