Definitely Klingon dirt, sticks to anything like... well, anything that sticks.

Actually it is an old disassembled aircraft hidden from view behind a palm tree

Cool capture Droffarc.    Rather than a UFO it seems to be an old abandoned plane of some type based on the fuselage design.
