Typically the owners do the most of it,  there's a yearly ritual to clean the hull the paint anti fowling etc.

It's a fairly typical size here,   there are a few smaller ones about some are much bigger.

In 1953 there was a massive flood there,   most of the island ended up under water and they have been expecting another ever since.
