Hello: I was wondering if DJI have any plans for a new version or upgrade of the Air 2S ?

What would you expect in a new version?
The Air 2s already has a superb 1” sensor. Many sensors. Long time flying
I dunno how they could improve it right now.

@dealsdrone is a fairly reliable leaker and he projects an Air 3 in the May timeframe.

I was just curious, maybe a different design ? I agree this is already a great drone but I’m planning on buying one this year, it’d be disappointing if I bought this one then a newer version was available shortly after.

Yes, understandable, buying a drone and then a month later a new one comes out.
But I think we have reached a bit of technological saturation.
- 5.4k@30 video D-Log.
- 1" sensor 20Mpx.
- Flight time you get bored before the battery runs out
Yes, they could increase FPS (maybe 5.4k@60 and 4k@120). But really... what else?

I think, the only step forward they can do is use a square sensor, like GoPro11, in order to decide later which aspect ratio you want to use or orientation.
So you could use the same footage in a YT video (horizontal), o a IG reel (vertical).

Air 3 with 360 camera would be awesome.  

The Air 2s was sort of replaced by the Mavic 3 Classic.
