Herding Buffaloes

The farmer was herding her buffaloes passing the flooding field in Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Each splash outlined white skirt for the flooded area.

Salt Flats

The fisherman also took up his pen to portray his life by the sea in the salt flats.

Drying of Incense Sticks

The workers made these bouquets of incense sticks for the New Year holidays, which were scented in a cheerful atmosphere.

Farm Work

Farmers spraying pesticides on their crops during the Chinese New Year, was the most beautiful accents on the fields.

Harvesting Grass

The grass is greening the hills and fields, joining the farmers in weaving the garments of spring for the earth.

Rice Paperl Tanning in Jing County

Based on the topographical characteristics of the hilly areas of the south of the Yangtze River, beach drying has become an indispensable part of the production of Xuan paper and an exclusive colour in the hearts of the land and local people.

Harvesting Water Mimosa

Farmers plant clusters of Water Mimosa, which is as light as a buoy, on the surface of the water for their delicacies.

Salt Tanning

The people of the ancient salt fields of Mankang preserve and pass on the cultural heritage of their ancestors with their original hand-tanned salt.

Rice Farmers

Rice farmers in Tien Giang Province, Mekong Delta, Vietnam, sow new rice and their hopes for the new year.
