Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Can you please try to use a different USB communication cable to connect your Inspire 2 to the computer? You may try to connect it via DJI Assistant 2 software to verify if the unit will connect to the computer. Furthermore, may I please ask what SD card are you using on the aircraft? Lastly, please provide us with a short video showing the issue with the SD card for us to check. Please keep us posted. Thank you. |
