I have not flown my DJI Phantom3Pro for quite a few years. Just getting back to it and currently taking the professional pilot course online. I pulled out the old tablet that I use to control it with and clicked on the DJIGO app icon and I get " Unfortunately DJI GO has stopped." Will let me either REPORT or just OK.
What app is everyone using these days? I am pretty sure that I will have to update the drone firmware and software also.

The version you are using seems to be an old version as you haven't flown the aircraft for years. Please sync your flight records before uninstalling the app to avoid the flight records being deleted. You may download the app using the link below. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
