• I have a DJI Osmo. I had the app installed on my Huawei and was working well. I upgraded my phone to a Samsung 21 5G (Android V.13). I tried downloading and installing the app on my new phone, however it doesn't work. The phone detects the device via BT, but the app doesn't. Can you please advise how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Hello, for the  product, DJI OSMO gimble,  and for the app, I've tried all, even downloading from the DJI website but I am not able to. The only one that I was able to downlaod is the 'sync for DJI Osmo, Download 4K', but I wasn't able to sync it.

The compatible app should be DJI GO APP. Was the APP you used before?

Hi Wanda, I can't use that app on my phone because it says that the URL is 'not found'.

Or you may link the Bluetooth in the phone and then open the app to try again.
