http://No work map in gl 300 E

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Just to confirm, you are having issues with the map on your GL 300E (Built-in screen) remote controller, correct? If yes, Kindly please try to restore the factory settings of the controller and try to restart the Map, and reload the map to see if the issue persists. If you still experience the said issue, kindly please provide us a short screen recording or video showing the issue for us to check it further. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thank you for your prompt response, did you restore the factory settings before you perform the update? Please make sure to update also the DJI Go 4 app then restart the device and connect to the aircraft to see if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Hi there. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Are you still experiencing issues with your MapBox? If yes, kindly perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Import the file “update.zip” into the microSD card.
Link: (https://pan-sec.djicorp.com/s/cmeQ9bfpqYg5SxZ).
2. Power off the remote controller and insert the microSD card.
3.  Power on the remote controller and tap “Install.”
If the update fails, please copy the update.zip file to the internal memory of the remote controller and try to upgrade again.
