Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're deeply sorry for the trouble. Can you please confirm what happens prior to the issue occurs? Did you update the firmware? Did the unit experience a hard landing? Kindly please try to connect your DJI Mavic Mini aircraft to the DJI Assistant 2 software and please refresh the firmware to see if the issue persists. If yes, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis. You can contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support . Also, the warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit. Thank you for your kind and understanding. Thank you for the prompt reply. After closer inspection it seems the gimbal arm has a crack running through it and must of received a knock unknown to me at some point. Do DJI offer a refurbished Mavic mini I can buy? |
