Hello, I have recently purchased a refurbished DJI Mavic Mini 2 from Ebay, I'm sure you can ascertain that the issue I am having is that this drone is still bound to the original/previous owner's account, therefore rendering the item useless to me.I've seen support on this issue before, so if there are any moderators or staff that could perhaps support me in reaching out to the original owner about said issue, it would be much appreciated.
