Hello!
I am using iphone 14 pro and dji wireless mic. Yesterday I recorded the video and it was all good, but today when I plugged in there was a pop up with two options 1. other devices 2. Headphone . I chose headphone and since then it doesn’t work.
I can tell you what worked for me, what i did was this connected to a Bluetooth device but there is no sound (iPhone), but you can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:-
1. Check Bluetooth Connection:- Make sure your iPhone is properly connected to the Bluetooth device. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone and ensure that the Bluetooth device is listed and shows as "Connected." If it's not connected, tap on the device name to connect to it.
2. Check Volume Level:- Make sure the volume is turned up on both your iPhone and the Bluetooth device. Use the volume buttons on your iPhone to increase the volume. Also, check the volume settings on the Bluetooth device itself and ensure it's not muted or set to a low volume level.
3. Restart Bluetooth Connection:- Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone, tap the info (i) icon next to the connected Bluetooth device, and select "Forget This Device." Then, reconnect to the Bluetooth device and see if the sound works.
4. Restart Your iPhone:- A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary software glitches. Press and hold the power button until the "slide to power off" slider appears. Slide it to power off your iPhone, then press and hold the power button again until the Apple logo appears to turn it back on.
5. Reset Network Settings:- Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind that this will erase your saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, so you'll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi networks afterward.
