My gimbal is stock!

I have a Mavic Air 2S, three week ago aprox, the gimbal started has a vibration when i powered on, i justa reset and everything return to normality, but las thursday my gimbal doesn´t move at all, i already made the software actualization but still not working!!!

Help me!!!

We're truly sorry to hear about you had issues. Could you tell us or confirm the error message encountered via the app? Also, have you tried calibrating the gimbal and see if this resolves the issue?
