Is here a way to stop the drone returning to home at the end of a waypoint mission.
I just want the drone to fly to a predetermined position, stop and then allow me to fly manually. I can't find a way to get this to happen.
Drone flies to the position OK.  I then cancel the waypoint mission by touching the waypoint icon and the drone imediately returns to home.
Alternatively, the drone flies to the position, I set it to hover (max 30secs) but then again it returns to home.
The waypoint mission has been planned on the screen of the RC controller, not by flying it and pressing the C1 button.  The missions I am planning are a long way from home so it's not a practical proposition (even if it would work) to set the mission by flying it.

I need to find a way to sort this out, any ideas please.

Hi there, after finishing the route, the aircraft will execute the ending action set in the route settings. You can set the ending action to hover.

Yes I am aware of that but the maxmum time is 30 seconds which is not what I want.

Hi there, may I ask if this issue occurs every time? If so, please provide us with a screen recording and export the corresponding aircraft log for further analysis. Please also upload the flight record and tell us your DJI account.
