That's interesting. Were both your batteries at 20-25% at the time of charge?

My understanding was the DJI hub charges one batt at a time.

Also, I  made purchase of each batt and hub separately. I think I saved probably 30-50 dollars CAD compared to purchasing the fly more combo..
For me, saving every dollar helps.

yes. I never fly beyond 25% to save the battery.   I charge one battery in the hub and one in the drone.  2 batteries one hour without any additional purchases.

Oh of course, charging separately via the hub and also separately via drone the. Of course you can get two batteries charged within an hour.

But as far as I know and on specs, the DJI hub is not able to charge two physical batts at the same time nor to charge two batts within one hour.

The whole point of the video of this post was to test a third party alternative hub that charges two batts at one time within an hour. This is something the DJI hub cannot do.

Not taking into account "charging separately via drone and hub" . Just talking about DJI hub vs third party hub. Sometimes travellers are limited to one wall plug or one USB plug.. in those cases, if you had to charge two batteries in a limited time -maybe you had to chase the sunset or do a shoot somehow but limited with plug ins.. then, I would actually say the CYNOVA is a good choice for people who maybe considering a third party hub or do not yet own any hub at all.

Yes but my point was you can do that already without spending $$$ and potentially voiding the warranty

ah, ya just bragging about ya 4 plus batteries ain't ya, just cause us peasants struggle to buy them :p

I think if i had 4 plus i would have gone for sommat like yours, but has its stands, i can fast charge the hub (3x council batteries), fast charge the one in the drone (plus battery) (same charger) and fast charge the RC (separate charger) fairly quickly.  I should mention that i always topup the day before usage. I know many of you charge yours prior to going out so yeah, sommat like your charger would be beneficial. I always try to utilise my solar panels, so charging during the daytime costs me diddly.
