Hello Paul, I do not remember what I did to solve the problem. And I can no longer find the mail I got from DJI, so I cannot send you a copy. However, I took pictures of the small screen on the DJI Ronin and sent the question to DJI, their answer solved the problem, ever since. Good luck. Jørn |
