On the 19th of January I put some points in to convert but so far they still show as auditing. I thought I had read they were processed on the 2nd of each month so i guess i missed doing something.
That sure sounds weird. While it is understandable that the exchange process could need a little time, I would assume that would be enough time for that. I'd suggest contacting the DJI representatives, wither through this forum or otherwise. I hope they find this thread or you otherwise reach them.
Don't worry, it sometimes takes upto a week before auditing completes. If you signed up for it, you'll get an automatic email detailing the transaction.
