7 Tips to Shoot Long Exposure Photos with DJI Mini 3

Another really nice find DA.    Aldryn did a great job on providing very helpful tips for long exposure photos.  I need to try some of them out.  I took some notes as it will be at least another week or more likely 2 before I can fly one of my drones.

It's given me an idea for a target,    and some fine art style long exposure.   Watch this space I might be able to get there at the weekend.

Weather permitting,  SHMBOd just told me we might have some sleet or even snow on Saturday.

Dang, you're weather is taking a turn for the worse.  I'll not bore you with my local forecast but suffice it to say I'll be in t-shirts, shorts and flip flops.  High here yesterday was 31C.

Wow, that 2 week forecast looks pretty rough.  Appears your winter is nowhere near close to being over.  Batten down the hatches type weather is what that reminds me of.  Might not be many sunrise shots during that timeframe.

This week the sunrise shots have been terrible.   It wont be long when blue hour will just be too early for me.

No doubt.  I was just looking and it appears that sunrise was 7:18 on Feb 1, and this morning it was 6:58.

Blue hour started at 6:24 this morning and that's when you get all the "interesting" light and colours.  Factor into that getting there and Im leaving before 6am,  and this morning the coffee machine ran out of water so I only had half a coffee to take with me.

Yeah, I had forgotten about the prep time and commuting time which really makes it an early get up for you.  I would have never made it on half a cup of coffee.

Sounds like a coffee they served in Spain.  It was served in a super small cup but had double the caffeine kick to it.

I usually drink it black,  but Ive found that in a disposable cup I prefer half a teaspoon of sugar.   Odd eh.

Not sure why it would taste different from a disposable cup but then I always use a ceramic cup.

At home I do too,  but if I take it with me I'll use either an insulated cup or a paper one depending on how much Im carrying.

Insulated cup always works well also.  Keeps coffee warm and no spills.  However, paper cup works also as when you are done toss it in the nearest bin and don't have to carry it back home.

Exactly.  Although sometimes I bring the paper cups home and repurpose them.

Repurposing is a great idea and good for the environment.  Sorry, guess I'm in my "tree hugging" mode today.  I just have to be careful of the collarbone during the hugs.

I think I replied on this but in case I didn't.  

Well some good news.  Xrays show I'm ready to start Physical Therapy.  I went by the Physical Therapist office that my Doctor recommend and had an initial consult.  He said I was looking at a 8-10 week rehab to gain full strength back and regain full mobility.  I was not expecting that time frame.  However, at least I'm onto the next phase or overcoming this broken clavicle.

This is a great concept and the results he gets are great.
